We are requesting all our customers use our booking platform or call (03) 9416 5064 to dine with us.

We will be offering a lunch service and multiple dinner services. 

Bookings made prior to 7 pm will be strictly two-hour sittings.

During our dinner service, our guests will be asked to commit to a minimum of two courses. 

If you would like to book in for the early sitting but plan on enjoying more than three courses, please call us to arrange an extended booking. 

Each course is selected from our a la carte menu, and your course selection can be made upon arrival.

Two courses - $65 pp

Three courses -$75 pp

Four courses - $85 pp

Five courses - $95 pp

Our Brasserie and Wine Bar are both able to be booked for private functions for up to 20 guests. Both areas have separate entrances to maintain your party’s privacy.

Hemingway's Wine Room asks all of its guests to leave

their credit card details and a $25 security deposit per person that will be

released upon arrival via Open Table. 

We require all guests to give at least 12 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking.

Failure to give the appropriate amount of notice will incur a $75 per person charge.
